What Dolli does
Dolli is a command bar for macOS. Press ⌥Space and it's there, over whatever you're doing, to capture a task, find something, or ask a question.
It brings your tasks, notes, email, messages, and calendar into one place, and uses AI to summarise them, draft replies, and pull action items out of what you already have. Everything is stored locally on your Mac.
Why Dolli asks for Gmail and Calendar access
With your permission, Dolli reads your Gmail so it can show what needs a reply, summarise long threads, and turn mail into tasks. It can draft replies, which you review and send yourself — Dolli never sends mail on its own.
It reads your Google Calendar so upcoming events appear alongside your tasks, and so a meeting can be linked to the notes and recordings that belong to it.
Your mail and events are stored on your Mac, not on our servers. Only the specific item you act on is sent for AI processing, and only when you invoke a feature that needs it. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
